Vanilla Paste is used in place of vanilla beans or scraped beans, extract, or powder as a more effective distributor of flavor in many applications. Paste uses vanilla beans, seeds, extract (the essential flavor substance and liquid of fine particulate matter of vanilla that manifests in the extract medium "solvent") sugar, and a natural thickener (derived from amber to distribute and delegate the flavor diffusely through the food you are flavoring.)

Inferior pastes use molasses or cane sugar excessively to mask mediocre or mild vanilla taste and low or no caviar/seeds. (A certain "secret family recipe" company that is on the mass market for America just dumps molasses into their paste in fact to make their "signature" recipe...and the other main large brand just uses excessive cane sugar and gum and spent dead vanilla flecks/specks.) 

No allergens, No trace metals or GMOs. Vegan, and Organic. Amber (thickener A/T gum) but no artificial coloring. Appearance of the paste is black brown and lightly shiny but opaque viscous liquid.
